Earth Shine Journal aims to correct factual errors clearly and promptly. Reader feedback is an important part of that process.
How to report an error
Use our Contact page and include:
- The URL and title of the article.
- The exact statement you believe is wrong.
- An explanation of the issue.
- A reliable source supporting the proposed correction.
How corrections are handled
- Minor changes: spelling, grammar, formatting, and broken links may be fixed without a correction note when they do not alter meaning.
- Material corrections: errors affecting a claim, conclusion, date, number, quotation, identity, or recommendation are corrected in the article and accompanied by a visible correction or update note.
- Major problems: substantially unreliable content may be rewritten, temporarily removed for review, or withdrawn with an explanation.
We do not remove accurate material solely because it has become inconvenient or because a subject disagrees with fair reporting. Privacy, safety, copyright, and legal concerns are reviewed individually.
Article updates
An updated date may be shown when meaningful information is added or revised. The original publication date remains part of the article record.
